Where should I start?

Use Find your path to choose a starting course and weekly pace. If you prefer to explore first, the free lesson and labs need no account or payment card.

What can I use for free?

The public guides, their practice checks, the free networking lesson, and the interactive labs are open to everyone. Activity in these free pages is not saved to a learning account.

Where is my saved study plan?

Return to Find your path in the same browser and choose to restore your saved plan. Plans are saved on that device only when you choose Save. Clearing browser storage removes the plan, and it does not sync to an account.

Why can’t I sign in or create an account?

If the page says accounts are unavailable, account services have not been enabled for this site. Once available, use the email linked to your account. For a forgotten password, start from the recovery link on the sign-in page.

What does My learning save?

When account services are enabled, your workspace can save course progress, notes, bookmarks, and review activity to your signed-in account. A free lab attempt or a saved public study plan does not create course progress.

I paid, but my course is still locked. What should I check?

First confirm you are signed into the same account used at checkout. Open Purchases & billing to inspect access, and return to your checkout status page if payment is still being confirmed. If the issue remains, prepare a support request with your purchase reference and course name. Avoid making a duplicate purchase while investigating.

Where do I manage a subscription or payment details?

Purchases & billing provides a link to the billing portal when it is available for your account. The portal shows the applicable payment and subscription options. An enabled offer explains its billing type and access duration before checkout.

Does a course include a professional certification?

Layeratek provides independent digital learning and practice. A course purchase does not include an exam voucher or professional certification. Review the learning outcomes and try its free demo before choosing.

Can I learn on a phone?

The pages adapt to smaller screens. You can scroll wide lab controls when needed. Protected lessons and account services require an internet connection. For long diagrams, a larger screen may make the relationships easier to explore.
